The USNO CCD Astrograph Catalog (UCAC) release 4 includes data on approximately 113 million objects.  For stars in the magnitude 10 to 14 range, positional accuracy is expected to be around 0.02", with precision of around 0.10" at the limiting magnitude of 16.
